Returns & Exchanges
At Frameoria, customer satisfaction is our priority. If an item does not meet your expectations, you may request a return or an exchange under the following conditions.
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to notify us of your intention to return or exchange a product. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Any customizable product cannot be refunded or exchanged.
In the case of an exchange, the new shipment will depend on product availability. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will confirm its validation by email. The refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the error is attributable to Frameoria.
